Try to sleep regularly when you can. The body needs rest to be at its best. If you are having a lot of trouble sleeping then you need to look at what you’re doing wrong. Don’t exercise a couple of hours before bedtime, and avoid alcohol or caffeine as well. If you still are having trouble sleeping you should talk to a doctor about it. They may be able to tell you what is safe to take so that you can get enough sleep, or they can give you some medication to take.
